Elasto-Deck™ 6500 PT
LOW VOC, waterproof, pedestrian traffic deck coating on plywood substrate. Low odor aliphatic polyurea coating system for walking or parking decks.

A two component, Zero VOC, virtually no odor, elastomeric polyurea traffic coating system for waterproofing walking decks, balconies, plazas, parking decks, mechanical room floors, and concrete pipes. Concrete or Plywood substrates. Once mixed, immediately pour ELASTO-DECK™ 6500 onto the surface of the substrate. Use a squeegee to evenly apply the material, then backroll using a roller to break air bubbles. Except for non-moving shrinkage cracks, all other cracks and joints must be sealed with ELASTO-THANE™ 230. All surfaces, where necessary, must be primed with ELASTO-POXY™ WATERBASED PRIMER prior to application of the coating system.
A. Traffic Coating System: Elasto-Deck™ 6500 PT two component, aliphatic, LOW VOC, elastomeric, traffic coating system consisting of the following:
1. Primer: Elasto-Poxy™ Primer, zero VOC, epoxy primer.
2. Coating: Elasto-Deck™ 6500 PT two component, flexible, low odor polyurea deck coating.
B. Aggregate: 20 mesh Monterey sand or equivalent.
C. Sealant: Elasto-Thane™ 230, one-part self-leveling or gun grade, non-staining, polyurethane sealant.
D. Flashing Tape: Tietex polyester tape.
E. Sheet Flashing: .050" thick, pre cured, commercial grade neoprene.
F. Plywood: 1/2" minimum CDX Exterior grade.
