Elasto-Deck™ 5000 HT (System)
Fluid applied heavy-duty waterproof traffic deck coating on concrete substrate. Wear-resistant polyurethane deck system that remains flexible even in extreme climates.

A liquid-applied, single component, moisture-cured, seamless, slip resistant, deck coating. The system consists of ELASTO-DECK™ 5001HT base coat and intermediate coat, and ELASTO-GLAZE™ 6001AL-HT top coat, and a primer, where necessary. Use for waterproofing parking decks and concrete roof decks, where a skid-resistant, long lasting, wear-resistant surface is required. It may be used on new decks as well as on existing concrete decks which are damaged or cracked. The system is suitable for exterior, as well as interior applications in all kinds of climates. The coating retains its elastomeric properties in below freezing weather, as well as in very hot climates.
A. Traffic Coating System: Elasto-Deck™ 5000HT liquid applied, moisture-cured, polyurethane deck covering system consisting of the following:
1. Primer: Elasto-Poxy™ Primer, two-component, solvent based epoxy primer.
2. Base Coat: Elasto-Deck™ 5001 HT Coating, one-part self-leveling, polyurethane coating.
3. Top Coat: Elasto-Glaze™ 6001AL-HT Coating, one-part moisture-cured, aliphatic polyurethane top coat.
B. Aggregate: 20 mesh Monterey sand or equivalent.
C. Sealant: Elasto-Thane™ 230, one-part self-leveling or gungrade, non-staining, polyurethane sealant .
D. Sheet Flashing: .050" thick, pre-cured, commercial grade neoprene or commercial grade uncoated, woven fiberglass cloth.
