| ELASTO-MAT D&G (DAMP AND GREEN) - NEW |
| Single component, rapid curing, fluid applied waterproofing membrane for damp and green concrete. AVAILABLE COLOR:
A self-priming, rapid moisture-curing, VOC compliant, modified polyurethane waterproofing membrane that can be applied to Green or Damp Concrete just a few days old. ELASTO-MAT D&G is commonly used between slabs on plaza decks, parking decks, roof terraces, podiums, and reflecting pools. It is also used for waterproofing foundation walls, landscaped areas, planter boxes, tunnels, etc. ELASTO-MAT D&G is an effective membrane for use on concrete, wood, metal and other masonry surfaces. In some cases, a primer may be required. Available in three viscosities:
INSTALLATION: Surfaces to be waterproofed must be clean and surface dry. Concrete slabs should have a light steel trowel followed by a fine hair broom or equivalent finish and should be water cured. Consult Architect or Engineer for minimum cure time on concrete before water cure can be stopped and foot traffic is permitted. Allow a minimum of 24 hours for concrete surface to dry after stopping water cure on decks or removing forms from walls. If release agents are present, they must be removed before the application of ELASTO-MAT D&G. Following good drainage practice, the structural slab should be sloped to drain a minimum of 1/8” (3.2mm) per running foot (30.5cm). All shrinkage cracks shall be treated with a 60 mil (1.5mm) coating of ELASTO-MAT D&G, six inches (15.3cm) wide centered over the crack. Moving structural cracks greater than 1/16” (1.6mm) can be routed out and caulked with Grade T, striped with bond breaker tape and coated with a 60 mil (1.5mm) detail coat of Membrane, or treated with fabric embedded in membrane, centered over the crack. Consult your local Pacific Polymers technical representative for further information. LIMITATIONS:

| ELASTO-MULSION A-302 (Fiber-reinforced Asphalt) |
| Fiber-reinforced, brush-grade asphalt dampproofer for below-grade exterior masonry walls. May be applied to dry or damp surfaces. AVAILABLE COLOR:
Forms a tough, flexible coating, which spans holes and cracks. It withstands temperature changes without cracking. ELASTO-MULSION A-302 is used to protect below grade exterior masonry walls against moisture penetration. Also suitable for roof applications. APPLICATION: Two coats are recommended at a rate of 35 sq. ft. per gallon per application for below grade exteriors. Allow approximately 24 hours between applications and 48 hours before backfilling. The surface must be free and clean of all foreign matter. Do not apply over a frost covered surface. Use ELASTO-MULSION A-302 as it comes from the container. Apply ELASTO-MULSION A-302 by brush in a continuous film, free from pinholes and other surface breaks. Cover over the tops and edges of footings, forming a cove at junction of wall and footings; also, around all joints, grooves and slots. Follow all breaks in the surface. May be applied to damp surfaces. May also be applied with high pressure spray equipment, such as: Graco 45:1 King Pump, at 3,000 psi with 50 lf 3/8” hose. Suggested gun is a Hydra-Mastic 207-945 with a revers-a-clean spray tip with a .055” orifice. Note: Mix well before and during use. MSDS DOCUMENTS FOR THIS SYSTEM: |

| ELASTO-DECK 5500 (Paintable waterproofing) |
| For waterproofing under thin-set mortared tiles, outdoor carpeting and wood decking. AVAILABLE COLORS:
A liquid-applied, single-component, moisture-cured polyurethane membrane. ELASTO-DECK 5500 is widely used to waterproof concrete and plywood decks which are subsequently covered with outdoor carpeting, tiles set in thin-set mortar, or wood decking. The product is also recommended for all applications which require the waterproof surface to be painted, where a bitumen-extended polyurethane would not be suitable. BASIC USES: SURFACE PREPARATION: All seams between plywood sheets, and those between metal flashing and the plywood deck, must be reinforced by embedding a 2 inch (5 cm) wide strip of glass cloth tape into wet ELASTO-DECK 5500, which is brushed evenly over the seam to a width of about 3 inches (7.6 cm) and a thickness of about 10 wet mils. The application of ELASTO-DECK 5500 can subsequently be made immediately over the entire area, including the taped areas. Cracks in concrete must be treated in the same way. Where ELASTO-DECK 5500 is used as a protective coating on polyurethane foam roofs, it must be applied within 8 hours from the time the foam is installed. ELASTO-GLAZE 6001 AL must be applied over the ELASTO-DECK 5500 where exposed to direct sunlight. MSDS DOCUMENTS FOR THIS SYSTEM: CATALYSTS: Super-Cure Rubber |
